Payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe, both of whom are secure and well-trusted online payment processors. All major debit and credit cards are accepted and you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make the payment. After you have placed your order you will receive e-mail confirmation of the transaction.

Shipping and Returns
Your goods should arrive in perfect condition but if this is not the case please let us know as soon as it arrives and we will send you a replacement.
If you wish to return your goods please make sure that you send them back to us within seven days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. We aim to process your refund within fourteen days of receipt of the returned goods.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, although, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Free Delivery is available on orders over £30 to the UK mainland and is sent 2nd Class Royal Mail.
Our standard delivery service to the UK mainland is sent 2nd Class with Royal Mail within 2 working days of the date of the order - from £2.95 - P&P is calculated at the checkout.
Our First Class delivery service to the UK mainland is sent 1st Class with Royal Mail within 2 working days of the date of order - from £3.40 - P&P is calculated at the checkout.
A guaranteed next day delivery service is available to the UK mainland Charges from £6.45. All orders for this service must be received before 12pm, Monday - Thursday. Any order taken on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered on the Monday (or Tuesday in the case of a Bank Holiday). The actual P&P is calculated at the checkout. Deliveries will be made by 1pm the next working day.
International Delivery Charges:
Western Europe: £8.95 3-5 days from dispatch
Rest of World: £11.95 5-14 days from dispatch
All parcels will require a signature on receipt.
